Genuine parts purchased and delivered to order from suppliers cannot be returned or exchanged. Under Article 17 of the Retail Trade Rules, motor vehicle parts (codes 8701–8716) may only be returned with the seller’s consent.

If an item is defective or was delivered incorrectly, please contact us by email or phone — we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
