Terms of purchase

1. General

These terms of purchase govern the rights, obligations and liability of the seller MB Partspro, company code 305636279, VAT LT100013529014 (the "Seller") and the buyer when purchasing goods at partspro.eu.

By placing an order the buyer confirms they have read and accept these terms. The contract is concluded once the order is paid.

2. Orders & prices

Prices are in euros. The final price (incl. VAT where applicable, and delivery) is shown before you confirm the order. The Seller may correct an obviously erroneous price and will contact the buyer before payment in that case.

The assortment and stock may change. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will inform you and refund any payment made.

All goods sold are brand new — genuine (OEM) or quality aftermarket car parts. We do not sell used or refurbished items.

3. Payment

Payment is made during checkout by the selected method. Goods are prepared/ordered once payment is received.

4. Delivery

Stated delivery times are estimates. Some items are ordered to order from suppliers, so delivery may change or be delayed due to suppliers or courier services. Full terms are in the delivery section.

The Seller is not liable for courier delays or for circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

5. Returns & warranty

Non-defective motor vehicle parts (codes 8701–8716) purchased and delivered to order may be returned or exchanged only with the Seller's consent (Article 17 of the Retail Trade Rules).

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us by email or phone — we will exchange it, accept a return, or refund you as required by law.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected; the exemption above applies to motor vehicle parts.

6. Fitment & buyer responsibility

Parts are selected by OEM codes and manufacturer data. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the ordered part fits their specific vehicle — if in doubt, contact us before buying. OEM and manufacturer numbers are used for identification purposes only.

7. Intellectual property & use of content

All content on partspro.eu — photographs, descriptions, texts, logo, design and data structure — is the property of the Seller or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Copying, downloading, distributing or using this content, and product images in particular, for commercial purposes without the Seller's prior written consent is prohibited. Unauthorised use incurs legal liability.

Trademarks and manufacturer names belong to their rightful owners and are used solely to identify products; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

8. Limitation of liability

The Seller is liable for direct losses caused by the Seller's fault, up to the value of the specific order. The Seller is not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, downtime, consequences of incorrect fitting), nor for damage arising from incorrect data provided by the buyer or improper use of the product. This clause does not limit consumer rights granted by mandatory law.

9. Force majeure

The Seller is not liable for failure to perform its obligations where caused by circumstances beyond the Seller's control (natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, supply-chain disruptions, government decisions, etc.).

We process the buyer's data to fulfil the order per our privacy policy. The website uses cookies — see the cookie policy.

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. We aim to resolve disputes by negotiation. Failing that, the dispute is settled by a competent court of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers may also apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or via the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
