Order data: delivery address, ordered items, the fact of payment and invoicing details (including company details if you buy as a business).

Communication data: information you provide in contact and request forms.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies (see our cookie policy).

3. Purposes & legal bases

Fulfilling your order (sale, delivery, support) — basis: performance of a contract.

Accounting & legal obligations (invoices, tax duties) — basis: legal obligation.

Account administration, security and dispute resolution — basis: legitimate interest.

Marketing and statistical cookies — basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Data recipients

We share data only as far as necessary to fulfil your order: with courier and parcel-locker services (delivery), our payment service provider (Montonio), and our IT hosting and accounting providers. These parties process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Retention periods

We keep order- and accounting-related data for the period required by law (accounting documents — up to 10 years). Account data is kept while the account is active. Data used for marketing is kept until you withdraw consent.
